Shipping Policy

At Printezy, we are committed to providing our customers with clear and reliable shipping information. Below, you will find details regarding our shipping processes, costs, and delivery times.

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options based on your location and order size. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days.

  • Next-Day Shipping: Delivered the next business day.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, availability of the product, and the chosen shipping method.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your location. You can view the exact shipping cost during checkout before finalising your order. For reference, below are the general rates:

  • Standard Shipping: $12-$28 (varies from province to province)

  • Expedited Shipping: $18-$35 (varies from province to province)

  • Next-Day Shipping: $25-$65 (varies from province to province)

  • FREE Shipping: FREE Shipping with over $250 order before taxes and Currently limited to these Cities : Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Milton, Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon, London, Woodstock, Burlington, Hamilton and surrounding Areas. Do contact us to check your city FREE shipping eligibility.



3. In-Store Pickup Option

If you choose the In-Store Pickup option for any product, the item will be available for pickup at our store within 5pm-7pm Monday-Friday after the order is marked as ready for pickup. No shipping charges will apply for in-store pickup.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Canada

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to international addresses outside of the regions listed.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track the status of your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Returns & Exchanges


Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within one (1) business day after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of returned merchandise. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandled by the buyer, or if part of the order was used by the buyer and part of the order is being returned. No orders will be refunded or returned due to the spelling mistakes, colour issue, image issue if the client already approved the proof during submission of order.
